the location proved convenient, especially with lincoln center nearby (i attended a concert). i found the room size quite decent, with an excellent shower with strong water pressure. the hotel also maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

The front desk staff impressed me, particularly kate (her phone service was great) and pasquale. Both were pretty good too ensure my experience was positive, a testament to their commitment.

my room on the 10th floor included two large double beds, very comfortable for sleeping. a tv, a small refrigerator, and a compact wardrobe area, (perfectly adequate for my needs). the air conditioning was noticeable, yet it became something i adjusted to quickly.

the rooftop bar offered a good experience, though the outdoor deck remained closed , hopefully it opens soon. complimentary water bottles were readily available in the reception area, a detail i found particularly beneficial.

the front desk staff was helpful they were great too ensure i had everything needed i appreciated their dedication. the cleaning staff was also excellent and accommodating ensuring my room was always tidy. the location is great it is near the subway entrance.
the temperature in the room was not consistent despite adjustments it stayed warmer than desired.

i enjoyed the hotel's location, walking distance from main attractions. starbucks next door was very useful, i got my daily coffee. the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable! the bathroom was quite adequate.
the hall lighting could be brighter! it was not a big issue, but noticeable.

The front desk personnel were helpful. They were really nice, our group had everything needed . Leisli and George offered super assistance at all times. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness. I appreciated this very much.

The hallways were dim, and I think this could pose a slight safety concern.

The location was fantastic. It was close to both Lincoln Center and Central Park. The staff was efficient, and they were very pleasant. PJ's bar is also excellent. I had good food and drinks there.
My room could not be cooled below 74 degrees. This made sleeping uncomfortable. Two maintenance requests were made, but the issue was not fixed. The lower-level views were dismal, and I looked out at a loud air conditioning unit.
